What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or use an interactive tool, your answers within those tools, and the contents of messages you send through the contact form. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across sites.
How we use it
Tool answers are used to compute your results and to prepare for a consultation if you book one. Your email is used to send the results you requested and, only if you opted in, the Tibyan newsletter. Newsletter subscriptions are confirmed by double opt-in and every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Lead data is stored in our own database and may be synchronized with the customer-relationship and email-delivery providers we use to operate the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond these processors.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
